Accepting Payments
The company will accept all payments for the sale of products, services and any packages thereof only via the official payment methods listed below, any payment made without bringing it to our attention or by any method other than the list below will not be accepted. To get refund of such un accepted payments, contact our customer care / grievance redressal

Payment Terms
- Payments made by consumers & direct sellers are subject to the policies published on the company’s official website : www.osfigo.in.
- All payments will attract the relevant taxes according to the laws of the republic of India which will be mentioned in the Invoice / Proforma Invoice / Bill or Estimates.
- In case of any issue or complaint with the orders or their payments the consumers, direct sellers or general public can register Grievances at the company’s Grievance Redressal Portal or contact the company on the contact points published on the official website.
- If online payment method is used, the payment processing rates charged by our Payment Gateway will be applied./li>
- Processing Charges will be applied on Total Order Value (ie. Order Amount + Taxes + Shipment Charges).
Payouts
The company will pay all beneficiary parties including direct sellers, vendors and consumers (in case of refund) only via the following payment methods:
- Cheque
- Demand Draft
- Bank Transfer to Beneficiary Account
- UPI
- Online Payment Methods - As per Beneficiary’s provision
Payout Terms
OSFIGO Management – Payout Policy
At OSFIGO Management, we believe in rewarding effort,
performance, and impact. Our payout structure is designed to offer fair and consistent
earnings to our distributors and learners, with the opportunity to grow through active
participation and leadership within our network.
1. Payment Schedule
Payouts are processed weekly or monthly, depending on your plan.
Minimum payout threshold: ₹50.
Payouts are sent via bank transfer, UPI, or other registered payment methods.
All applicable taxes (TDS/GST) will be deducted as per government norms.
2. Eligibility & Compliance
To qualify for payouts:
Members must be active, with at least one referral or course purchase in the current month.
All KYC documents must be submitted and verified.
No spamming, misrepresentation, or unethical marketing will be tolerated. Violations can result in disqualification or withholding of earnings.
3. Transparency & Tracking
All earnings, commissions, and team activity can be tracked
in real-time through your OSFIGO Dashboard. This ensures full transparency and helps you
stay motivated and informed.
4. Dispute Resolution
Any discrepancies or issues related to payouts must be reported to
our support team within 7 days of the payout cycle. We aim to resolve all concerns promptly
and fairly.
